She is absolutely stunning. Why, oh why does “the standard of beauty” have to be so narrow. I have started, when reviewing knitting books, also reviewing inclusiveness, both in terms of who was hired to model the patterns, (with regards to race, size, and age) and with regard to whether the patterns are wearable above a size 14. I figure if enough of us are out there saying “hey, wait a minute, you’re not speaking for ME,” we might get at least incremental media change.
