When I open up GrendelSong for submissions again, I plan on using some terminology that you suggested to try and bring in more diversity. Right now it is genderly diverse (60% female, 40% male) but not racially, and I hope to rectify that. I must grab interfictions now. That story excerpt almost made me cry. I have to read it.
